The Apostolic Board

All managerial powers of the church shall be vested in the Board of Directors and said Board of Directors shall consist of the Pastor, trustees and any other member shall be appointed by the Pastor with the tenure of year(s) determined by the Pastor of the church. The names and addresses of those elected to serve for the first year, or until such time as their successors are qualified, are as follows:

The Pastor of the church shall act as the President and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
